Cappas (Poet, Writer, Publisher, and Community Activist; Co-publisher of the Buffalo Latino Village), and Christian Parra (community activist and Field Organizing Manager for PUSH Buffalo), will share info and inspiration re colonialism, Puerto Rico and the current political climate. Alberto was born in Puerto Rico and has had a long and many faceted career between NYC and Buffalo.
